Size 6 women's shoe what size kids shoe would be equal?

They are both pretty much the same!!! It really depends how a shoe is cut, which could change BOTH a woman and a kid's shoe size.

UK ladies shoe sizes (adults) start at 2 Girls sizes (Childrens) start at 8 and end at size 2.5 as the large size - therefore theisnt a comparitive child and adult size 6
