You tried 2 spray paint black suedette boots from black to silver didnt work well been told t buy KELM and prime them with this supposedly makes it very easy for spray paint to take to any fabric?

uh i am trying to spray paint my Snowboarding boots and i was told you should spray on some kind of promoting spray first. I tried this and got bad results but i am trying it again cause i think i didnt give it enough time to dry. Sorry if this didnt answer your question its kind of hard to understand. I want to know if you have to use some kind of sealent for boots that get wet. Thanks
