Does hair bleach kill hair

Hair's dead. You can't kill a dead thing. Deep inside the follicle it's alive but by the time you can see it, it's dead.

Bleach will damage your hair. It's not a matter of if it's a matter of to what degree. You can minimize damage but w/o experience it's best to go to a professional colorist. Definitely get references.

I suggest knowing if you really want hair that's bleached blonde. Blonde can be achieved without bleach or with a minimum of bleach. Again a good colorist will know best how to give you the blonde you desire.

Maybe you meant to ask if it will damage, fry, or destroy your hair. The answer is it can do all those things.
