What is difference between Euro and Euro cent?

The Euro (€) is divided into 100 cents. They are sometimes called Euro cents to distinguish them from the cents of other currencies.

Euro cents are called different names in different languages. For example, they are called 'centimes' in French, 'céntimo' in Spanish and 'λεπτό', plural 'λεπτά' (leptó, plural leptá) in Greek.
