What is wukaryote and prokaryote?

I believe you mean Eukaryote. These are cells that contain a nucleus and other organelles found in a membrane. We are made up of these cells.

The Prokaryotes are cells with out a nucleus and other organelles. They have the materials found in eukaryotes but these are not found inside a membrane. Bacteria and algae are examples of these.
