How soon you can start working with us?

There is no set rule. This will be different for each different situation, and is worked out at the time of hire.

If you are currently working giving 2 weeks notice is pretty standard. Obviously each situation is different. I would question any employer's morals if they weren't willing to wait 2 weeks.
