Who are the 100 greatest Americans?

Top 100, I don't know, top 3 is easy:

1) Thomas Jefferson

2) George Washington

3) John Adams

Simply put, the success and influence of all preceding great Americans does not only pale by comparison, but would have been impossible as there would be no America at all.
