How does the angle of incidence compare in the angle of reflection?

The angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection when a wave, such as light, strikes a reflective surface. This principle is known as the law of reflection. Both angles are measured from a line perpendicular to the surface at the point of incidence, called the normal.
