Best foods are those that are calorie dense such as fats. Use Olive Oil, Macadamia nut oil, peanut butter, cashews, almonds & seeds as they contain high doses of good fats. Also focus more on protein as well with carbohydrates included. All this depends on your body-weight, activity level and various other variables.
