How do you Clean patio screen?

First close the glass patio door so dust and dirt wont get into the house.

Next, brush the screen with a stiff straw brush to get all the loose dirt and dust off. Spend a little time doing this because it will make the screen much easier to wash. Brush gently, as it possible to break the screen if you push too hard.

After the brushing simply wash the screen with a bucket of soapy water and a rag. I find an old towel works best. Wash both sides of the screen to make sure you dont miss any part of it.

Aluminum screens, especially the bright finish, can have corrosion that still makes them look dirty even after they have been cleaned. If this bothers you, have the screen replaced with a black epoxy coated aluminum screening. This is also the most invisible type of screening.
