Can you be denied employment with a bank for writing a bad checks?

technically to use a payment type other than cash where you knowingly do not have money to honour the payment is dishonest. potentially any financial organisation who employees you would have to be comfortable that you are honest, and that you would not abscond in anyway with their money. These organisations do not put themselves knowingly in a position where their money is at risk.

However, many have paid for something with a check (UK spelling Cheque) hoping that by the time the check is sent to your bank for funds transfer that your account has the money there.
