I have not personally experienced a minute pirate bug bite. If you do get bitten, you can clean the area with soap and water, apply a cold compress to reduce swelling, and use an anti-itch cream to relieve any discomfort. If the bite becomes infected or you have a severe reaction, it's best to seek medical attention.
