What is the political relationship between the US and Uruguay?

There's a good relationship between The White House and the Uruguayan government. They signed a TIFA treatment some time ago for exchanges. ex-President George W. Bush visited Uruguay some years ago during the current presidency of Uruguayan President Tabaré Vázquez and the relationship between Uruguayan President and US President Barack Obama is good.
