When is WWE draft 2013 coming?

I doubt there even is a WWE Draft anymore unfortunately due to the layout of both RAW and Smackdown. Now, they have the RAW Super Show so stars from Smackdown can now appear on RAW and vice versa. Back in the day, this didn't happen so the Draft was introduced to keep the rosters fresh as Superstars kept to their roster show; as the rosters are merely just shows now, there's no point in doing a Draft.
