Where is the fuel filter located on a 2008 silverado regular cab 4.3?

The fuel filters use to be on the frame rail until 2004, After 2004 Chevy started putting them inside of the fuel tank.

Now you have to remove the fuel tank to get to the filter. It was to easy when they had them on the frame rail.
