Should you wear red shoes with a little black dress?

You can only wear red shoes if you wear a something small also red in colour such as a hair piece, cardigan, bracelet or necklace to tie the outfit together otherwise stick to the simple black shoes, if you feel uncomfortable wearing something else red. I hope this helped :)
