What was the Newburgh Conspiracy?

It is the conspiracy theory that Hitler went back in time to kill himself causing a paradox. After doing this he is immortal and cannot die so the American government has him locked down in a secret facility where they force him to watch 24/7 jersey shore episodes so its like hell but worse.
