Where did Obama grew up?

Barack Obama was born and raised in Hawaii. From ages 6-10, he lived with his mother and step-father in Indonesia, until later returning to Hawaii to attend the prestigious Punahou School from sixth grade through high school. When his mother became ill, his maternal grandparents came to Hawaii to care for him, which they continued to do during his teen years.
