What type of people would a casino usually hire for table games?

Games manager ~ is in charge of all table games. Pit supervisor (pit boss) ~ is in charge of a shift and/or pit, if there is more than one pit. Floorperson ~ fills in for the supervisor (as needed) and helps the pit supervisor.
