What is the geographical location for lemurs?

Lemurs are primarily found in Madagascar, an island nation off the southeastern coast of Africa. They inhabit various environments on the island, including rainforests, dry deciduous forests, and spiny forests. A few species of lemurs can also be found on the nearby Comoros Islands, but Madagascar remains their main geographical distribution.
