It's the same price to Tijuana from Boise. I'd stay out of the border cities. They are much to dangerous these days. Try going to the TIJUANA CENTRAL BUS, Terminal and walking across the street to the ABC Bus terminal and buy another ticket from there to Ensenada. It's only about 8$ each way from Tijuana and it's much nicer and safer than any of the border towns.
