What happens to a saved person if they are not baptized before they die?

To my knowledge, there is nothing in The Bible which directly states the answer to this question.

I believe that if a person is truly saved, they will go to heaven whether or not they are baptized. Baptism is not a requirement for salvation; rather it is an act of obedience. It is an outward sign of an inward change. Some people will die before they have a chance to get baptized, but if you are truly a Christian I would strongly suggest that you get baptized.
