Can you have more than one Siamese fighting fish in the same tank?

From what i have heard.....you can't . Because all they would do is fight each other to the death which is deffinatly what you DON'T want them to do. Then you end up with either one dead fish and one alive or both dead. Don't chance it! Hope this helped (:
