Is the late Robert Palmer and UB40's former manager David Harper married and for how long I always thought he did a good job for his clients?

Mr Palmer married two Ladies in his life and had several children with them.

As to marring David Harper I am unsure where that rumor even came from.

And yes he did do a good job for his clients.
