How do you get rid of Facebook?

Follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Facebook Account, like normal.
2. Click on the button that says Account in the top right hand corner of the page.
3. It then scrolls down a list of options; click on Account Settings
4. By clicking this, it will take you to a new page.
5. A pop-up message may come up on your screen, read the question and answer to your liking. If you answer 'YES' you then can continue...
6. Scroll down the page and to the right of the heading Deactivate there is a little link that says exactly that - deactivate.
7. Click on it.

That's it, then just follow the prompts!
