How do you upgrade ran online item?

I am one of the thousands who are playing RAN Online ..in my experience in upgrading items ..I usually do what I know in upgrading items ..

These are the steps in upgrading items (this is my own method)

First: I am withdrawing GOLDS in my own locker ..just exactly in the price of the refines ..

Second: I will buy refines ...

Third: I will UPGRADE it ...then if it will failed ..I will buy yo the other player ..
