How reliable are the Land Rover freelander?

My reccomendation to you is to stay away from this car!!!!! I bought it new and its a piece of crap! with the economy right now the way it is i am scared i can't sell it and it's been a complete nightmare with only 20,000 miles. built very poorly. i had a 1998 range rover before this and it was 100 times better and it was a tank. if i were you, i would pay the extra for the range rover they are the best.
