What does it mean when a guy says I want to make mess with you.?

He is being nasty and basically is saying he wants sex. He is NOT a nice guy, but a player. If you give him what he wants that will be it and he doesn't want a relationship just sex. Forget him and think of a comeback answer for these guys that shuts them down. Walk away, girl.
