What is helmenthis?

It seems like "helmenthis" might be a typographical error or a misspelling. If you meant "helmet," it's a protective headgear used to safeguard the head from injuries in activities like biking, skating, and construction. If you meant something else, please clarify, and I'd be happy to help!
