Where was Alexander Miles born and raised?

Alexander Miles was born in Ohio, near Circleville, probably in January of 1837, although other online sources list May 18, 1838. He was raised near there until at least 1850, but later moved to Wisconsin where he worked as a barber.

He moved to Minnesota and met his wife there, and after his daughter was born in 1876, they moved to Duluth, Minnesota .

They lived in Chicago, Illinois in 1889, and around 1903 moved to Seattle.

He died in Seattle, Washington on May 7, 1918.
