Where to find reindeer on Animal Crossing?

You can't get a riendeer on ACWW, ACWW don't Celebrate Christmas.

I know they don't celebrate Christmas but my friend said if you change the date to 2010 Christmas Day at Midnight that there will be a lost reindeer and if you find him/her you get money. All I want to know if that is true. And BTW learn how to talk.
