What is the link between Henry VIII and greensleeves?

Henry VIII was said to have wrote the song greensleeves for anne boleyn ( his second wife ) whilst he was still courting her for the seven year period. This is quite likely as Henry enjoyed playing and writing music and was fond of his Musical Instruments.
