How do you replace the disc tray in CD rom?

honestly, its better to replace the whole CD Rom drive.

if you have the time to put into it, you can replace it yourself (or repair it with Superglue?if you have the time and energy. it IS a complicated thing to do, so you'd have to find a manual online on how to disassemble the CD Rom drive.
