How do astronots get dressed in space?

Astronauts wear special space suits that are designed to protect them from the extreme conditions of space, such as vacuum, temperature fluctuations, and radiation. They put on their suits inside the spacecraft or space station before going out on a spacewalk or conducting tasks in space. The suits are equipped with multiple layers for insulation, life support systems, communications equipment, and built-in gloves and boots.
