How can you tell if a company is going to layoff or close the doors?

Sales are down, adverting more (...cause of want of more money...) or less (...cause of less money...) compared to prior, production is down (...related to sales being down...)

Answer When you notice a company is reorganizing positions, then a layoff is on the horizon. If executives are working longer hours than normal, morale is low and you hear rumblings of people looking for new jobs...get ready for a layoff.
