Is it possible to teach value lesson without cognitive basis?

Answer

It is impossible to teach values without God's Word [notice I didn't say ' Christian values' because these are constantly being watered down], but I suppose it is Politically Incorrect to say that only The Bible taken literally teaches true values! This is true regardless of whether the student is a christian or not.
