While it's never been proven, I've heard many people speak of it happening to them. If two people are very close whether it be through friendship, love, or whatever they sometimes will do this sort of thing. It would be maybe like sometimes you are thinking of calling someone and your phone rings and it's that person. It could seem like coincidence and omaybe sometimes it is. But it happens all the time! So, yes I believe it is possible.
