Anyone know about this rifle UMC PIONER 2 Cal.4.5 1973 A 2090 this is whats stamped on rifle found in attic in orange ca shape fair shoots bullseye every time?

These rifles were made behind the Iron curtain as a training rifle, I believe in the Ukraine A few years back they flooded the American market at gun shows and sold for $10. Currently they have no real collectors value. They are a small rifle and have a weird reddish plastic type stock and forearm I know because I bought one. Mine also says UMC PIONER as do all of them.
