well, one answer i can give you, although not very defined, is the major factor of the spine. snakes have 100-400 vertebrae, while an average human has only 24 vertebrae in the spine. and snakes do not have any limbs, or the same types of organs, since they must swallow creatures whole. the organs differ greatly depending on the size, type, and whether the snake is venomous or not. i hpoe this helps, but i am not a scientist, i am a seventh grader! hope this helps once again!
