What did fidel Castro and Malcolm X have in common?

Malcolm X and Fidel Castro were both devoted people for civil rights and Pan-Africanism. They both wanted freedom for blacks when white people treated them live slaves in the 60s.Their roles in civil rights are both downplayed. ¡Viva Fidel! Long live Malcolm X!
