Never realised Cambridge had fallen on such hard times! 20/10 = 0.2! The least the person could have done is check the answer using a calculator if their mental maths was not up to scratch!

Anyway, 20 can be written as 20.0 as a decimal, although that does imply a greater degree of precision.
