No. Obama is not important enough. There are limited numbers and it is restricted to monarchs and royal families of other nations as well as family and those from the armed forces of Great Britain. Obama is just a politician - only the british prime minister and the head of the opposition are expected to attend. Other politicians can stand in the street with the other commoners.
