How do you know that you are being haunted?

You will feel like your being watched and when you are alone something paranormal might happen. and if you play with a quija board there is a chance you could get haunted if you are already not. my mom did that and got haunted and she said if you do that and get haunted draw the ghost haunting you and show it to atleast three people. so heres a little bit of advice dont play with a quija board.my dad told me to take some string and tie a waight at the bottem of it hold the sting up very still and ask a question and if the weight turns to the left it means yes and if the weight turns to the right it means no.
