What is the horsepower of a 1967 C-Code 289 cu in 8 cylinder engine?

I've got a 66 Mustang with a 289 C code. Rated at 200 H.P. but a stout 280 ft*lbs of torque or so. By C code, I assume you're referred to the 2V heads and 2 bbl carb.

Should be very very similar for 67 if not the same.
