What Gift for doctors graduation?

a really good one, a doctors education takes alot of work in school and good grades. if it were me, a Nice car like Aston Martin, Ferarri or something like that. if not that then mabey a small house. if not that either...then i would say go for like an Xbox 360, iPod, iphone or something along those lines. all really good optinion. or even just a huge amount of money.
