first go beat team rocket in goldenrod city then go to cianwood city and beat the gym leader when you come out, a lady will give you the HM 4 fly then into a building and get the secret medicine fly back 2 Olivine and go to the lighthouse give themedicine to the Amphoros on top go beat Jasmine and fly back 2 maghony town beat or catch the red gyrados and beat the gym leader in maghony town (i think there's a gym, i don't remember) and the guy will let you pass (all of this is very out of order, beat the gym leader in mahony town FIRST)
