In my early 20's, I met a lot of different lesbians in clubs or Organizations and the same instance, many Butch women were insecure with their own gender, and or had gender and role playing issues. I found that the women who were attracted to man looking women, were insecure with their own sexuality. So you have one part of Gender, and the other of sexuality insecurity. I am not stating that all Butch women feel this way, or all fems who are attracted to Butch/stud feel this way, I am merely making an assumption on my own ideas that I have encountered by being out in the communities.
