How did Julia domna die and how?

It is rather speculated how Julia Domna died. I will say the theories on how she died. One way said how she died is from suicide by starving herself. It is also said that she died from we now know was cancer. Regardless of all that, she probably died from a broken heart because both of her children were assassinated.
