How do you replace the motor mount on a 2000 merury cougar v6?

Dont replace it just get rid of the car all together. I have one now that i have owned for the past 4 years and its been nothing but problems. Id bet the reason they stopped making the cougar in 02 was because of so many issues. if you have a manual trans get rid of it now. they are the most problematic.
