Can you fix the world with love and weed?

We tried that in the 1960s. It didn't work. In order to fix the world, everyone has to come to the table with the same idea of what's wrong or, at the very least, a willingness to compromise for the other nation's benefit. So far, no nation has been willing to do that. We can meet and negotiate and summit and try to reach agreement until time runs out and we'll never fix the world. But I'll tell you...I sure like your idea that it can be done with love and weed. If only...
